Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Office Administrator to join our team in London, UK. It's a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for exposure to the Charity sector and interested in working for an INGO. 

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing HQ with administrative support and maintaining the key health and safety processes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in office administration
  • Experience of arranging overseas travel and itineraries
  • Knowledge of UK Health and Safety Legislation

Work-based skills and competencies:

Essential

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan, manage and prioritise workload
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active with proven ability to communicate and liaise with a wide range of people
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages
